This is despite absence of any regulation as in European Union where trade commission has mandated Windows 7 to offer a ballot screen to all users while installation.

Vodafone today joined the its peer Bharti Airtel in offering iPhone 3GS. Both the company has already applied for 3G license which is to be sorted by competitive bidding on 1st Sep 2010. Vodafone, who is somehow managing its falling ARPU in world most competitive market, hopes to build on data increased data consumption in its premium customer.
