We wondered how many of the twitter applications from twitter labs are doing good in the market and we finally came out with data which gave some clarity about the bigger ones. During the process we were surprised to see the number of clones available in the market. As per honeytechblog there exists more than 250 twitter clones in the market. I wonder how are they doing in the market. Anyway we listed whole list of twitter application that has been out of beta stage and try to analyse their performance in the market. This included some of the very successful of the application like Twitpic and Twittercounter and others like Twistori and Twibs.
Beside the Twitter which was ranked 46th by compete.com, other application did not lived to webusers expectations. Twitter was ranked 46 with 19 million unique visitors. Out of its twitter aplications Twitpic was closest of all at rank 462 with total 3.5 million unique visitors. Twitpic is application which allows the user to share picture on twitter. Second was Twittercounter which stood at 3643 with total number of unique vistors at about 574,559. It is an statistic provider which has been used for counting number of followers and friends. Third came Tweetdeck which is a browser aplication that streamlines notification and tweets. It is closely followed by Digsby and Twitterfeed.
